Our PétNat, made from Hárslevelü grapes, is named after the small river, that flows through Villány and bears the nice crisp name Karašica [pronounced: karaschiza]. This little river is responsable for refreshment in the Villányi terroir and is as crisp as the PétNat Karašica Hárslevelü 2019 that is named after it.
As all our wines, it is handpicked and fermented spontaneously. And it has not been degorged. That means, it comes to the glass with its natural yeasts. This gives a wonderfully creamy, caramel-like character. Light, refreshing, invigorating. The perfect opening of a succcessful summer evening.

Our PétNat Rosa Karašica 2018 was made from Kékfrankos, spontaneously fermented and bottled without any additives. It consists just of the fermented juice of pressed Kékfrankos grapes. Ripe, juicy fruit, earthy aspects, pleasant, invigorating acidity, wonderful umami.
280 bottlets were bottled. The bottles are numbered.
